It is recommended that travelers to Oaxaca abide by the same safety measures that would be applicable to any city. For example, it is better to walk in pairs or groups, be aware of your surroundings, take a taxi after dark, be careful with your cash and personal belongings, etc.

No worries! The breathwork and meditation is suitable for everyone, regardless of their experience. Haley loves teaching breathwork to beginners and wants you to have a great experience with it.
Further, the breathwork and meditation sessions are completely optional so no pressure!

A $500 deposit secures your spot, if booked prior to March 3, 2023
Payment in full due 90 days before departure (March 3, 2023)
Reservations after March 3, 2023 will require payment in full to secure spot
Refund Policy:
Full refund if cancelled on or before March 3, 2023
50% refund if cancelled on or before April 3, 2023
25% refund if cancelled after April 3, 2023

In Oaxaca USD $ are not widely accepted. Accepted forms of payment are credit/debit cards and Mexican pesos. We recommend that you withdraw Mexican pesos from the ATM when you arrive at the airport in Oaxaca. The rate of exchange is approximately 20 pesos/1 USD$.

Yes!!! As part of the trip cost you will be provided with the opportunity to try mezcal at the palenques and at the Mezcal and Mole tasting event.
